Silicon Shore IT is a Northern Beaches business IT support provider for organisations with approximately 5 to 50 staff. We are a business-first IT provider, separate from consumer computer repair, focused on the technology that keeps your organisation running. From Microsoft 365 administration to cybersecurity and business cloud backup, we cover the IT your team relies on every day.
Our approach
IT support that takes responsibility
Many small and medium businesses end up with IT that was set up in a hurry and never properly reviewed. Problems get patched up but never fixed at the source. We take a different approach.
We start by understanding your business and what you rely on, then we make sure the fundamentals are solid: email that works, backups you can trust, security that is actually effective, and a network that covers your office. We explain what we find and what we recommend, in language you can act on.
We are credible for larger organisations too, but our focus is on the businesses that make up the Northern Beaches economy: professional services, trades, allied health, property, retail and light industrial.
